Admin will contact you via whatsapp / email with a collection number and exact address upon order completion. Please allow 4-11 working days for production.

Shipping Information:

We offer local door to door courier within Gauteng, National & Outlying Area courier

Maximum volumetric size of A3 bag .
Delivery takes 1-2 working days from dispatch of order.
A Tracking number will be sent through upon order dispatch.
All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary upon address confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a strict no returns policy on any personalised / custom items. Should your order not meet your expectations contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to try help resolve this. Exchanges on stock items can be arranged provided item is unused and still in original packaging.

Return Method: Should your order not meet your expectations please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your order will need to be returned to one of our collection points where we will then assess it and once the order is corrected we will then courier it back to you at our cost. Please note, we can arrange for collection of the returned product however that will be at your own cost.
